We currently provide a full service for four adults living together. This is the flagship of Unity Reach and we aim to replicate this outstanding service elsewhere.
If your loved one is looking for a place to live, or they have friends they would like to live with, let us know!
We recognise that sometimes families who support their loved ones need some respite, and we offer retreats and respite services with our fully trained and compassionate staff.
To live fulfilled and independent lives, we understand that sometimes a little bit of encouragement is needed - we offer this in a way to suit every individual dependant on their needs.
We can provide day services for people with learning disabilities and autism to provide a community together of enriched activities, social enjoyment, and to help nurture skills of independent living.
Our expert staff can provide advocacy for individuals, whenever they need it. We do this by building an understanding of individual needs and interests over time, and our services can then be called on when required. We keep in contact regularly to ensure when we are needed that we have your best interests at the forefront.
Through our experiences we are able to provide training and education to those who want to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
Unity Reach does not currently provide activity which is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, however we achieve the same levels of governance, safety, care, responsiveness, and effectiveness as if we were registered with the Care Quality Commission.
Our Executive Chair and Managing Director is a healthcare quality expert who was the chair of the International Organisation of Standardisation Working Group on the development of the world's first Management System Standard for Healthcare Quality - ISO 7101
